Railway Station

The old railway station in Nafplio

Locals simply refer to it as "Stathmos" or "Station." It is one of the numerous picturesque locations that signify the beginning or conclusion of Nafplio's historic city. The former station storage has been converted into a children's museum by the Peloponnesian Folk Art Foundation. A selection of the collections related to children are on display, including the cycle of life, the traditional circle, school, puppet figures like Karagiozi, and traditional games.
